1. Serviceable Areas

We currently offer shipping within:

• Hyderabad and surrounding regions (including Kokapet, Gandipet, and nearby areas)

• Select other cities and regions across India (depending on product and logistics availability)

Please check availability at checkout by entering your delivery PIN code.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within Hyderabad

• Outstation Delivery: 4–7 business days (subject to courier availability and distance)

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.

• Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 may apply (displayed at checkout)

• Express delivery (if available) will incur an additional charge

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with tracking information and estimated delivery date. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your order status.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice

• If you are unavailable, you may be contacted via call or SMS

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, the order will be returned and reshipping charges may apply

6. Delivery Issues or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Email us at support@drdogmom.com with photos and order details, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

7. In-Store Pickup

Local customers may opt for self-pickup from our facility in Hyderabad:
