Return and Refund Policy

At Dr. Dogmom, we are committed to providing premium-quality pet food and reliable dog care services. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy below for purchases made through our website or in person.

1. Pet Food Returns
We take pride in offering fresh, safe, and high-quality pet food. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used items.

You may request a return or refund if:
You received the wrong product

The product was damaged or expired upon delivery

The product was not delivered at all

Conditions for returns:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and unused

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

To initiate a return, email us at support@drdogmom.com with your order number, issue description, and supporting photos (if applicable).

2. Refunds for Pet Food
Once your return is approved and received (if required), we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or card provider

3. Service Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that schedules can change. For dog grooming, walking, training, or other service bookings, we allow cancellations and rescheduling under the following terms:

Cancellation Policy:
More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling

Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies

Missed appointments / No-shows: Non-refundable

Refunds for services will be processed within 5 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened pet food/treats (unless defective)

Custom pet meal plans

Gift cards or promo items

Services already rendered

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or compromised in any way, please contact us immediately at support@drdogmom.com with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
